Kids Journal Prospectus

A fun, creative space, the 20/20 Me Journal is designed for young people between the ages of 11 – 13.
Backed up by research, the journal is designed empower young people to:

• Recognise and celebrate their unique strengths.
• Establish an internal affirmation process that doesn’t rely on the validation of others.
• Identify their support systems.
• Provide tools to help manage big emotions and create a safe space to work through them.
• Set and track goals.
• Provide ways to begin practicing seeing things from other perspectives.
• Encourage the habit of mindfulness.
• Encourage reflection.
